cable car tasty choices unfriendly staff standard room
the location had easy access to shops and restaurants. there was a cable car from the building straight to the thermal baths! the breakfast included quite tasty choices.
I booked a room with a balcony but i got a standard room instead. the reception staff was unfriendly.

the breakfast offering had great variety. the gym had an excellent view toward the casino. the room was perfect, i thought.
temperature management in the room did not work as expected. it was either very hot or off. the dogs even put their feet on the table.

i noticed the room's temperature control was difficult to manage.

temperature regulation dogs at buffet
the location was convenient with easy access to nearby attractions
the room temperature was difficult to regulate it was either too hot or required turning off the system completely. i also observed large dogs at the breakfast buffet this included dogs placing their feet on tables i found this unacceptable during meal service

great breakfast direct access clean room rude staff unclear bill broken glass
The breakfast selection was really good. The room was super clean and cozy. The hotel has a direct access to the spa facilities (this was a major plus!).
The staff in the bar seemed rude and they failed to bring the bill. I had to ask six times for it. They also failed to clear broken glass after a waiter dropped drinks.
